For requests outside of the above hours:

• Emergent needs or potentially life-threatening medication side effects: call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.

• Urgent needs (out of medications, non-emergent medication side effect, etc): Proceed to a local urgent/convenient care.

• Non-urgent needs: Send a message, call during office hours, or schedule an appointment.
